ให้มีผลเมื่อพ้นกำหนด 120 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา (13 ก.พ. 68)

มาตรฐานนี้ครอบคลุมทั้งเครื่องมือวัดกระแสไฟฟ้าแบบคล้องที่ใช้งานด้วยตัวเองเพียงอย่างเดียว และที่เป็นอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบของบริภัณฑ์อื่นๆ โดยไม่ประสงค์ให้ใช้กับหม้อแปลงกระแสหรือทรานส์ดิวเซอร์ ซึ่งมีจุดมุ่งหมายสำหรับการติดตั้งอย่างถาวร
Applies o hand-held and hand-manipulated current clamps. These current clamps are for use in the
measurement of current without interruption fo the current path of the circuit Iwhich it is
measured. This standard does not apply to current transformers or current transducers intended for
fixed installations.
